A truly top quality specimen of a light yellow, double terminated scalenohedral calcite crystal perfectly resting on a bed of grey quartz druze from the famous local of Casteel Mine (Viburnum No. 35 Mine), Bixby, Viburnum Trend District, Iron Co., Missouri. The calcite is 100% damage free with a gemmy clarity to it. There are also lustrous cubes of grey galena on both the top and bottom of the specimen as well as a colorful display of chalcopyrite on the bottom. This is truly a top collectors specimen from a local that is becoming harder and harder to find on the market!
